There was no ability to make coffee in the room. The hotel claimed it was just a water stain when I showed them what looked to be mold on the ceiling. I found their response unacceptable!

The hotel's parking is accessed off a side street. You push a button to contact the hotel. Staff raise the barrier. Direct access exists from the parking area to the hotel. I appreciated the spacious room and the comfortable bed, it was huge.
The hotel lacks certain amenities. There are no coffee or tea facilities in the room. No bar areas are available, and restaurant facilities are limited to breakfast.
